USER GUIDE
Not many people can claim that they’ve never drank coffee or tea; in fact, some people drink these drinks almost exclusively. The tea and coffee machines and equipment available today has definitely risen to meet these increased demands.
Traditionally, teas were brewed by steeping the leaves in boiling water; though this is still the way tea is made, there are many different options for accomplishing this. There is the old standby, the tea kettle-complete with whistling, which heats the water on a stove-top; there is a teapot, which steeps the tea inside of the pot; mesh strainers or balls that keep the tea leaves from escaping into the water; tea bags-which most everyone is familiar with; and electric tea makers (similar to coffee makers).
Coffee is a staple in the lives of many people, and has been for thousands of years. Like teas, coffee has to be brewed in hot water in order to release the flavour of the beans. Probably the most recognisable type of these machines is the drip coffee pot; in fact, I would venture a guess that nearly everyone has one in their home. These machines consist of a plastic or metal housing which holds a tank for cold water, a filter basket and filter (to remove impurities from the beans), and a pot (usually glass) for holding the finished drink.
Coffee and tea have been around for almost as long as humans; tea and coffee machines and equipment allow the processing of making these drinks to be quick and convenient.
