We provide each student with a comprehensive Teacher Training manual. The manual includes detailed information about most of the fundamental parts of the practice: breath, mudras, bandhas and much more. It serves as an essential Teacher's tool so you can take your practice anywhere. We also provide you with a Meditation book that will help you deepen your practice and understanding of each meditative technique.
